So we are now starting to understand that we operate from the subconscious 95-97% of the time. It runs our biological processes like breathing and digestion but it can also in the same invisible and automatic way run our behaviour, attitudes and beliefs as well.
With this in mind it makes total sense to most people that reconnecting with (and in some cases reprogramming) the subconscious is one of the most profound life changes you can make, but how do you do that?
