I Am A Woman – Azulfit Guest Blog

My book ‘I Am A Woman, Your highest calling’ was written because I found out very powerful truths about women’s bodies that needed to be shared. I found out that women cycle for lots of reasons (not just to have babies) and that our periods are not a ‘curse’ but a way of connecting to ourselves and to life in a very deep and meaningful way.

You can read more about my book on this website, however this is just a very quick post to direct you to a guest-blog I wrote which you may like to read. I was asked to write it after a retreat I attended in Fuerteventura earlier this year, it is about a very synchronistic morning when my book came to life for me.

A few holiday snaps from a week with in Fuerteventura

Many thanks to Karissa at Azulfit for posting my blog and for showing so much support for ‘I Am A Woman.’ Azulfit is one of those places where you feel the people who own it and the people who work there are fulfilling their life’s purpose. They genuinely care about connecting people with themselves (through yoga, Pilates and a-maze-ing food) and connecting people with higher levels of consciousness. I hope to revisit soon.
